Privacy policy

Last updated: October 2026

This English version is a courtesy translation. The Hebrew version is the binding one, and it prevails if there is any difference between them.

This document explains in plain language what personal information the MOVE website (move-geo.ai) collects, why, who receives it, how long it is kept and what your rights are. It is written in accordance with Israel's Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, including Amendment No. 13, which came into force in August 2025, and the Protection of Privacy Regulations (Data Security), 5777-2017.

Who is responsible for the information

The website and services are operated by Naomi Sharabi, doing business as MOVE. She is the controller of the information collected on the site and is responsible for handling it.

For any privacy question or request, contact us by email at naomi.digital101@gmail.com or by phone and WhatsApp at +972-50-474-7834. The business does not currently have an office open to the public, so all requests are received through these channels.

The short version

We collect only what you choose to send us so that we can get back to you, and statistical browsing data only if you have accepted measurement cookies. We do not sell information, do not use it for targeted advertising, and do not send marketing messages without your explicit consent.

What information is collected, and why

  • Contacting us through the site's form: your name, phone number and message, as well as the page you contacted us from and your browser type. Purpose: to get back to you, understand what you asked for and give you a suitable proposal.
  • Contacting us by WhatsApp, phone or email: the details you send us yourself. Clicking a WhatsApp button on the site opens the app with a pre-written message, and nothing is sent until you press send. Once sent, the message passes through Meta's WhatsApp service, under its own privacy terms.
  • The visibility check on the homepage: the site address you enter, and the business name and field if you add them, are sent to our server so we can visit the site and check it. The results are not stored. If you ask for an AI review, the results are sent to Google's Gemini model (through Lovable) to write it, and are not stored. If you ask for a human review, your name, phone and check results are saved as a regular enquiry.
  • Statistical browsing data (Google Analytics 4): pages viewed, visit length, device and browser type, and approximate region. Google Analytics cookies are stored only after you accept them in the cookie notice. IP addresses are truncated (anonymize_ip). Purpose: to understand which pages help visitors and to improve the site.
  • Clients with a portal account: an email address and encrypted password for signing in, and your project data. Purpose: managing the service you ordered.

Do you have to provide the information

You are under no legal obligation to give us any information, and you can browse the site without providing any details at all. Providing information depends on your wishes and your consent. If you choose not to give us your name and phone number or another way to reach you, we simply won't be able to get back to you. If you decline measurement cookies, the site will keep working as usual.

Who receives the information

We do not sell, rent or pass personal information to anyone else for advertising purposes. The information goes only to the providers that run the site for us, and only for the purposes above:

  • Lovable and Cloudflare: hosting and running the website.
  • Supabase: the database that stores form submissions and portal accounts.
  • Resend: sending Naomi an email alert when a new enquiry arrives.
  • Lovable AI and Google Gemini: writing the AI review in the visibility check, only if you ask for it.
  • Google: browsing measurement (Google Analytics), only after consent.
  • Meta: only if you chose to contact us on WhatsApp.

Information will be disclosed to a competent authority only if the law or a court order requires it.

Transfers of information outside Israel

Some of the providers listed above store information on servers outside Israel, mainly in Europe and the United States. Such transfers are made under the Protection of Privacy Regulations (Transfer of Data to Databases Abroad), 5761-2001, and only to providers that commit to protecting the information at an appropriate level.

How long information is kept

  • An enquiry that did not turn into a project: up to 24 months, then deleted.
  • Client information: for the duration of our engagement, and afterwards for as long as the law requires, for example for bookkeeping and tax purposes.
  • Google Analytics data: up to 14 months, after which it is deleted automatically in the analytics account.
  • You can ask for earlier deletion at any time, as explained below.

Cookies and browser storage

On your first visit, a notice lets you accept or decline measurement cookies. Until you accept, Google Analytics runs in a limited, cookieless mode (Consent Mode). You can change your decision at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.

  • Essential: remembering your choice in the cookie notice, the accessibility settings you selected, and a marker that you have already seen the intro screen. Stored only in your browser.
  • Measurement (only with consent): the Google Analytics cookies _ga and _ga_*.

The site has no advertising cookies, no social media pixels and no tracking for marketing purposes.

Marketing messages

We will not send you marketing messages, advertisements or a newsletter unless you have explicitly asked for them, in accordance with section 30A of the Communications Law (Telecommunications and Broadcasting), 5742-1982. Replying to your enquiry is not a marketing message. If you join a mailing list in the future, every message will include a simple way to unsubscribe.

Your rights

  • Access: to receive the information we hold about you (section 13 of the Law).
  • Correction and deletion: to ask us to correct information that is wrong, incomplete or out of date, or to delete it (section 14 of the Law).
  • Opting out of direct marketing: to ask us not to approach you with offers (section 17F of the Law).
  • Withdrawing consent: to withdraw consent you gave, for example to measurement cookies, at any time.

To exercise a right, contact us by email at naomi.digital101@gmail.com or by phone and WhatsApp at +972-50-474-7834. We will respond within 30 days at most. We may ask for an identifying detail to make sure information is given only to the person it belongs to.

If you did not receive a satisfactory response, you can contact the Privacy Protection Authority at Israel's Ministry of Justice.

Information security

All communication with the site is encrypted (HTTPS), and the site sends security headers that restrict loading content from third parties. Access to enquiries and client data is limited to Naomi only, through protected accounts. No system is completely immune, but if a serious security incident occurs, we will report it to the Privacy Protection Authority and to anyone affected, as the law and regulations require.

Minors

The site and services are intended for business owners and organizations, not for children. If we learn that we have received details of a minor under 18 without a parent's consent, we will delete them.

Links to other websites

The site contains links to client websites and external services. Their privacy policies have nothing to do with us, and it's worth reading them there.

Changes to this policy

When the policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. A material change in how we use information already given to us will be made only after notice and a request for consent, where the law requires it.
