Can you create a character that looks like me?
We can test a character and voice based on you, subject to your explicit consent and suitable source material. A full likeness isn't always achievable, so you approve a sample before we produce a series. You can also choose an original digital presenter that doesn't represent any real person.
Is there really no shoot day?
There's no need to schedule a physical shoot day. An original character can start from a brief; for a character or voice based on you, we may ask for photos or a short recording, depending on the production method.
How do you keep the same character across a series?
We define the look, clothing, setting and speaking style in advance, and keep approved reference materials. Consistency is checked in every video; there may be small differences between generatively created scenes.
How is AI used, and what happens to my materials?
AI tools help produce the character, voice or scenes. Before any photos or recordings are shared, we agree which tools will be used, who gets access and how long materials will be kept. Your likeness or voice is never used for another project without your approval.
Can I fix one sentence without redoing everything?
In many cases you can update a script or scene and produce another version, without scheduling a shoot. The scope of revisions and formats is set in the quote; a major change to the character or concept may require additional production.
Can a digital presenter give a customer testimonial?
A generated character is never presented as someone who actually used the product. A presenter can explain and demonstrate; a testimonial requires a real customer and their approval. Generated or AI-edited content is labeled according to context and platform requirements.
