Independent. MOVE is the business name, and behind it is me - Naomi Sharabi. I bring in an outside specialist only for things I don't do well enough, like photography or video, and I tell you upfront.
About
I'm not an agency. That's exactly the point.
How I got here
I ran the SEO and GEO department at one of Israel's leading digital agencies. Among other things, I led the move to bring AI tools into our SEO work - how an SEO team works alongside AI, and how you build a website that an AI engine knows how to quote.
At some point two things became clear. First, my best work happens when I talk directly with the business owner, not through three layers of account managers. Second, the businesses where I live were getting far weaker digital service than they deserved - not for lack of budget, but because nobody had brought that level of work to them.
So I went home to Binyamin and built a business around it. I meet my clients face to face, and I run into them at the grocery store too - which changes how I work. There's no room for promises I can't keep. Alongside that, I work remotely with businesses all over Israel and abroad, and it works just as well.

I tell you the truth, even when it doesn't sell
If you don't need a new website, I'll tell you. If your budget won't get you the result you're picturing, you'll hear it on the first call, not in month three.
What we build belongs to you
The code lives in your Git repository, the domain is registered in your name, the content is yours. No lock-in, no dependence on me to keep the site running, and no exit fee.
No ranking promises
Nobody controls Google, and nobody controls what ChatGPT will say. What is in our control: building the right thing, measuring it, and adjusting based on what the data shows.
One person from start to finish
The person you talk to on the first call is the one writing the code, writing the content and reading the data. No account manager passing messages along.

What's your professional background?

Where do you work from?
I live and work in the Binyamin Regional Council in Israel. I meet local clients in person and work remotely with everyone else - which works very well when communication is clear.
What kinds of businesses do you work with?
Mostly small and mid-sized businesses selling a service people research before they reach out: clinics, consultants, tradespeople, tourism and real estate. Nonprofits and online shops too, when there's something worth promoting.
