Accessibility statement

Last updated: October 21, 2026

This English version is a courtesy translation. The Hebrew version is the binding one, and it prevails if there is any difference between them.

At MOVE, we want everyone to be able to use this site easily, including people with disabilities. The site was made accessible in accordance with Israel's Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013, and Israeli Standard IS 5568 at level AA, which is based on the WCAG 2.0 guidelines. In practice, we tested the site against WCAG 2.1 level AA, which is a stricter requirement.

What we did on the site

  • The whole site can be navigated with a keyboard alone, and focus is clearly visible.
  • A "Skip to main content" link at the top of every page, to jump past the menu.
  • An orderly heading structure (one main heading, followed by subheadings), marked regions and a declared page language, so screen readers read correctly.
  • Every meaningful image has alternative text. Decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
  • Buttons and menus are labeled and announce their state (open or closed), for example the services menu and the FAQ.
  • Color contrast meets level AA for text and buttons.
  • Text can be enlarged up to 200% without losing content, and the site is mobile-friendly.
  • Anyone who has turned on "reduce motion" on their device gets the site without animations. The same happens when you click "Stop animations" in the accessibility menu.
  • The portfolio carousel pauses when the mouse or keyboard focus is on it.

The accessibility menu

Every page has a fixed accessibility button. Through it you can enlarge or reduce text, switch to high or inverted contrast, highlight links and headings, switch to a readable font, enlarge the mouse cursor and stop animations. Your settings are saved in your browser.

The menu is an added convenience. The site itself was built accessible from the ground up, and does not rely on the menu to meet the standard.

How we tested

On October 21, 2026, we tested the homepage and the information pages with the axe-core testing tool, a manual keyboard test, and checks on desktop and mobile screens. The site is built for current versions of Chrome, Safari, Edge and Firefox.

What isn't perfect yet

  • In the homepage section about what this actually does for a business, decorative map pins move in the background and may briefly pass behind text. You can stop them in the accessibility menu.
  • The Google and ChatGPT search demo at the top of the homepage is an animated illustration, so it is hidden from screen readers. The same message appears in the page's regular text. On the English site, the demo itself stays in Hebrew.
  • Client websites and external services we link to, such as WhatsApp, are not under our control and may not be fully accessible. Blog articles are available in Hebrew only.

Physical accessibility

MOVE does not currently have an office or a place that receives the public. All service is provided remotely: by phone, WhatsApp, email and video calls. If you need an adjustment in the way we work together, for example written communication only, we'll be glad to make it.

Accessibility coordinator

Ran into a problem, something didn't work for you, or have a suggestion for improvement? We'd like to hear about it. The accessibility coordinator is Naomi Sharabi:

To help us respond quickly, please tell us which page the problem was on, what you were trying to do, and which browser or assistive technology you used. We will get back to you within 5 business days.
